Westlake Urban, Inc. (“Westlake”) and Frontera Real Estate II, LLC (“Frontera”) recently formed a joint venture focused on self-storage acquisition and development opportunities located in the western United States. The first two properties, both managed by Public Storage, are located in West Valley, Utah and Magna, Utah.
The West Valley City facility is a 40,000 square foot storage building with 6,300 square feet of retail space. West Valley City is the second-largest city in Utah and a suburb of Salt Lake City.
