ABOUT

Westlake Urban, Inc. (“Westlake”) and Frontera Real Estate II, LLC (“Frontera”) formed a joint venture in December 2022 focused on self-storage acquisition and development opportunities located in the western United States.

Our Sonoma development project is the partnership’s first ground-up development to date. Completed in 2024, this new 72,050 SF self-storage facility benefits from management and operational synergies with the adjacent existing Frontera West self-storage project.
