ABOUT

TRANSIT. TECHNOLOGY. TRANSFORMATION. SLTC is a 750,000 SF mixed use development in the heart of San Leandro, the Bay Area’s newest tech hub with a vibrant start up culture, easy transit access and room to grow.

Phase 1 of the San Leandro Tech Campus (132,000 SF) is fully leased and occupied by Aveva, a member of the Schneider Electric group. Phase 2 is also fully leased, and is occupied by Ghirardelli Chocolate and Ariat International.

The project is entitled for an additional office building and 204 units of multi-family.

Parking and Transit

The urban tech campus is adjacent to and a short walk from the San Leandro BART Station fare gate and AC Transit’s new BART line. BART commuters to SLTC will avoid crowded trains by riding in the reverse commute direction. Abundant on-site structured parking also available.
