ABOUT
Westlake Urban, Inc. (“Westlake”) and Frontera Real Estate II, LLC (“Frontera”) formed a joint venture in December 2022 focused on self-storage acquisition and development opportunities located in the western United States. The first two properties, both managed by Public Storage, are located in West Valley, Utah and Magna, Utah.
The West Valley City facility is a 39,255 square foot storage building with 6,330 square feet of retail space. West Valley City is the second-largest city in Utah and a suburb of Salt Lake City.
