Westlake Urban, Inc. (“Westlake”) and Frontera Real Estate II, LLC (“Frontera”) recently formed a joint venture focused on self-storage acquisition and development opportunities located in the Western United States.
Our Sonoma development project is the partnership’s first ground-up development to date. Upon completion, this new 72,450 sf self-storage facility will benefit from management and operational synergies with the adjacent existing Frontera West self-storage project.
