Public Storage (Magna)

Westlake Urban, Inc. (“Westlake”) and Frontera Real Estate II, LLC (“Frontera”) formed a joint venture in December 2022 focused on self-storage acquisition and development opportunities located in the western United States. The first two properties, both managed by Public Storage, are located in West Valley, Utah and Magna, Utah.

The Magna facility was recently constructed and has great visibility along Magna’s main north/south corridor.
