Westlake Urban, Inc. (“Westlake”) and Frontera Real Estate II, LLC (“Frontera”) recently formed a joint venture focused on self-storage acquisition and development opportunities located in the western United States. The first two properties, both managed by Public Storage, are located in West Valley, Utah and Magna, Utah.
The Magna facility is a 45,000 square foot storage property. The property was recently constructed and has great visibility along Magna’s main north/south corridor.
