2009-11-03 Westlake honored as a 2009 California Fit Business Awardee during Sacramento ceremony

Westlake will be recognized as one of California's Fit Business Awardee by the California Task Force of Youth and Workplace Wellness on November 5, 2009 in Sacramento, California.  

The award recognizes the work Westlake does to ensure its employees' continued health and wellness. Among the acitvities Westlake initiated are free gym membership to all employees and subsidized membership to employee families, 24/7 online access to wellness counselors through its human resource provider and healthy food options in vending machines located in Westlake-managed buildings.

This is the third year Westlake was honored with the Bronze Award.
