The Company officers have over 20 years of LIHTC (tax credit) management experience. They have leased up 13 new construction developments with over 1,200 units in the state of California and have the most recognizable and coveted credentials and designations in the industry: Certified Property Manager, Housing credit Certified Professional, Certified Occupancy Specialist, Accredited Resident Manager, and Tax Credit Specialist.

The site managers are required to become certified in property management through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and receive continuous training designed to eliminate non-compliance situations.
